Now that I’m a Seattlelite, I’m learning their language. The University of Washington is nicknamed U DUB. I tried to make sense, DUB? My friend said, “Yea, like short for W.” I paused, “Dub is short for Washington?” A day later….DUB, as in short for DUBBLE U!
