Rainy Days
It’s been raining for 2 days. There was a 2 hour sun break yesterday, so I raced to my bike to get a ride in before the clouds came. This afternoon had another 1 1/2 hour break-no sun this time but I did stay dry for most of the trip. I rode near the University of Washington. Near the Husky Stadium is a shopping Village and I use the reward of shopping as an incentive to bike.
There is usually lots of different activity on the lake. Lake Union contains an International runway and you will see and hear float planes througout the day. When visibility is low, like today, the lake is quiet. No planes.
